just thinking maybe I misunderstood frilly, frilly to me means adorned with lace (or feathers) as in clothes or birds, dunno, still confused what a frilly helmet looks like , please post a picture if you have one as am intrigued.

frilly: as adorned as it gets without any attachments... seat covers and helmets come in all colors and patterns. and i'm VERY tempted to buy one. it may inspire me to bike more often with a helmet at home. the ones here have a small viser as well.
