a chocolate buffet: chocolate in every imaginable form. this very well could have been the rapturous death of me. today involved the full array of food experiences, this being the the farthest thing possible from breakfast. The buffet was part of an afternoon 'High Tea' at one of Hanoi's fanciest hotels, the Sofitel Metropol which included a three-tiered structure with cucumber sandwiches, exotic fruits, and layered desserts, fine wine and tea.
