about a month ago, we disembarked from our bamboo raft and were greeted with this salutation by a woman selling various crafts.direct. to the point. no euphemisms.
it's a way of life, actively hustling your wares around here. our ferry pulled over for about ten minutes and was immediately met with women selling all sorts of concessions to people onboard. as the crew and people ashore unloaded the myriad bulk items we'd been leaning against during our trip.
